Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all purchases made via trippleafits.com, including one-time orders and jewelry subscription plans.

2. Provider

The contract is concluded with TrippleAfits, represented by Ridwan Eniola Shobayo-Eniola, Prinz-Rupprecht Straße 8C, 93053 Regensburg, Germany.

3. Products

TrippleAFits sells handcrafted beaded necklaces, bracelets, and accessories. Variations in color and material may occur as each piece is unique.

4. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum) renew automatically and include benefits such as discounts, waived pre-order charges, and mystery boxes. Platinum is limited. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders and subscriptions are made via our website. Payment is processed monthly or every two months via our listed payment providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout. Subscription boxes are shipped at the end of the paid period.

7. Returns & Guarantee

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Customized or personalized items are excluded. Our 6-month guarantee covers breakage and craftsmanship defects.

8. Liability

TrippleAFits is liable only for intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, misuse, or self-inflicted damage.

9. Changes to T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be published on the website.

10. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Regensburg.

Right of Withdrawal (for physical products)

  • Start: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
  • Form: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (support@trippleafits.com) of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email).
  • Consequence: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction.
  • Return_shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Exceptions: Customized or personalized jewelry made to your specifications is excluded from withdrawal.
